We’re pleased to announce that Blounts Electrical Services has secured a new project working alongside Probus Construction Ltd on the regeneration of the historic Bourne Town Hall.
This exciting project involves the refurbishment of a 200-year-old Grade II listed building, working in partnership with Bourne Town Hall Trust to help bring this important local landmark back into use.
Working on a historic building
Projects involving listed buildings require a careful and considered approach. Preserving the character and heritage of the building is just as important as delivering modern, safe and efficient electrical systems.
Our role will involve installing electrical systems that meet current standards, while respecting the structure and features of this historic building.
Our involvement in the project
We will be completing the full electrical installation as part of the regeneration works, supporting the wider construction programme delivered by Probus Construction Ltd.
This type of project requires close coordination with other trades, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of both modern electrical requirements and heritage constraints.
Supporting local regeneration
We’re proud to be involved in a project that contributes to the regeneration of a well-known local building. Once completed, Bourne Town Hall will continue to serve the community, combining its historic character with modern functionality.
We look forward to sharing progress updates as the project develops.
